If you are unable to visit us in person, we use Aramex couriers to deliver ferns around New Zealand.
Email your list of chosen ferns: ferns@kiwi.co.nz.
We will use our Aramex portal to calculate the courier cost (based on the carton size and weight and the distance and location of the destination).
Note: plants in bags or pots are heavier than most other couriered items of similar size. So the courier cost is higher.
We will add this cost to your invoice as well as $20 per carton for our time, materials and expertise in preparing them for safe delivery.
Once Aramex has picked up your ferns, they will email you the link and code that you need to track and trace your order.
